
How to add the AGMC Calendar to your Google Calendar
1. Go to https://calendar.google.com/

2. On the left side of the page, you’ll see “My calendars” and “Other calendars”. Next to “Other calendars”, there should be a + (plus) symbol. Click on the plus symbol.

3. When the menu opens, click on “Subscribe to calendar”.

4. Under "Add calendar", there is a box to enter in an email address. Enter web@austinglobalmethodist.org​

​5. Click on the option that pops up (it will either show the same email address listed twice or it might show Sarah Kitten with the email address, depending on your saved contacts)

6. It will now give you options to adjust your notifications for this calendar, if you’d like, but it will default to no notifications.

7. When you’re done with that screen (or if you don’t want to make any changes), just click the LEFT arrow at the top left corner of the screen next to the word ‘Settings’ and it will take you back to your main calendar.

8. You will now notice all AGMC events are listed in your calendar. You can also see on the left side of the page that it is listed under “Other calendars” with a checkbox that you can click on and off as you’d like. If you hover over that, you’ll see a three-dot option you can click on to change settings (color of the calendar and settings to adjust your notifications).
