America 250 Prayer

Heavenly Father,

We thank you for this day. We thank you for our many blessings.

As we celebrate the 250th anniversary of our Declaration of Independence, we are so thankful for the faith, virtue and courage of our founding fathers who risked everything. We thank you for their deep faith and biblical worldview.

We acknowledge that Our Rights are granted to us by You, our Creator, and not by an earthly king or government. We only bow to you, Lord, the One True King.

God, we thank you for Your Divine Providence and Grace , which You have bestowed upon this nation. Your providential protection and guidance has been with us since before our founding.

May you guide each and every one of US to do our part to help form a more perfect Union.

Lord grant each one of us, the courage and strength to preserve and defend this great legacy of Freedom with which we have been entrusted.

Like our nation, you have blessed this church.

We are thankful for our pastor Lauren “and her family” and the Spirit-Filled leadership that she provides for this body of Christ. May this church always remain a Bible-based body that is Anchored in The Truth and adheres to its Core Values of:

Honoring You,

walking in Your ways,

and living in Your grace and truth.

Let us never forget that You are the Potter and we are the clay. You formed us in your image; We could never form you in ours. May You grant us the humility to keep our pride in check.

May You be the only thing that we Boast in.

May we humbly seek your guidance continually each day. May we know your voice like the sheep know the voice of the Shepherd.

Lord grant us the insight and courage to seek opportunities to share YOUR Light with the world. May this body of Christ do our part to stoke the flames of revival across this great nation! And may Your divine protection and Providence remain on this Republic until the end of days!

May all that we say and do today be pleasing to you, Lord, and may we Always strive to live according to your will.

We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
