2026-03-29 Morning Prayer Palm Sunday

Father God,

We come this morning, waving our palm branches, celebrating, rejoicing, singing songs of praise! Your triumphant entry gives us hope and joy, and we shout “Hosanna! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!!” What a glorious day!

Heavenly Father, we give You thanks for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who came not as a conquering king, but as a humble servant. He came to save us from sin and death. He is the way, the truth and the life, and the only way to you, Father God.

Renew our hearts, minds and spirits. May Jesus’ peaceful entry inspire us to be instruments of His peace in our homes, workplaces, communities and the world. May His joy be within us so that we reflect the light of Christ our joy may be complete. May we love as He loved; obey His commands; and ask for all things in His Name!

As we walk through this Holy Week along with Jesus, give us eyes to see and ears to hear the hope that we have in Jesus every day in every situation, knowing that “Christ in us” is who we are. He is with us always, and will never leave us or forsake us. Give us the desire and boldness to share the Gospel, the Good News with all who will listen.
