Important Information about Move and Name

Dear Congregation,
We will soon be worshipping in our new space. The soft launch date will be August 16 at 11am at 1011 Wilson Ranch Place Cedar Park, TX. Please expect a low-tech, revival style time of worship in our new space as we suit the technology to our needs. Praise the Lord for this blessed news and the hard work of the Trustees!
Our Trustee Chairman, Dick Cram, has recently entered into his eternal rest. One of his last items of business was having a sub-committee formed for the consideration of a new name for our congregation. A Naming Committee composed of Sarah Kitten, Jo Nell Morris, Kay Berry, Ricky Yates, and Pastor Lauren Yates was formed. This Naming Committee prayerfully researched and considered many name changes. They presented "Living Word Fellowship-A Global Methodist Church" to the Administrative Board for review. At the advice of the Administrative Board, the PowerPoint Presentation will now be shared with the congregation for prayerful consideration:
We will have a Town Hall Meeting on August 12th at 7pm to view our new worship space, go over helpful things and new house rules, and view the PowerPoint presentation from the Naming Committee. A decision for a name will NOT be made at this meeting. Our entire congregation will enter into a time of prayer, fasting, and discernment as we consider the name that best reflects the mission God has for us to ensure a godly heritage for generations to come. I humbly ask that even now, you begin to fast and pray in preparation for our upcoming Town Hall Meeting and the soft launch at our new location.
May God unify us, keep us in one accord, and guide us through the Holy Spirit into wisdom and discernment as we worship in a new mission field and consider the best name going forward for our wonderful church. May the Lord protect us from discord and dissention. May His Kingdom come and his will be done.
